The website will generate an order summary for you which will list your order details and the amount owing. A tax invoice for VAT purposes will be included with your delivery. If you require one beforehand, please let us know and we will email one to you.
How do I look after my jewellery pieces?
Each purchase comes with a small polishing cloth which you can use to polish up your pieces as and when required.
We recommend the Connoisseurs range of jewellery cleaning products for when your pieces need a good clean from time to time. With regular wear, dirt and grease will accumulate and can cause the metal and stones to look dull. However, a 30-second soak in the Connoisseurs solution will have your pieces looking and sparkling like new in no time.
Please remember that porous stones like pearls and opals require a special cleaning solution for delicate stones. Remember to read all instructions on any jewellery cleaning products before use. Please contact us for advice if you are not sure.
